WOMENS HEALTH

As women we are so busy ensuring that everyone else is healthy and receiving the right nutrients that when it comes to us, we expect to run on whatever is left over!  We need to remember that our nutritional needs also change as we pass through the different stages of life.  And we all know we are passing through these “stages” rapidly!

“What are a few of the main challenges we face every day?”  I know that I am always hearing from women how little energy they have or how they have energy slumps throughout the day.   So I would like to ask you a few questions, firstly:

  • How many of us skip meals ie. breakfast?
  • How many of us eat things that you wouldn’t let your children eat?

  • How many of you make a concerted effort to do something healthy which is just for you, at least three times a week?
  • How many of us diligently take nutritional supplements on a daily basis?

 

If we only spent the same amount of time and energy and money on making ourselves healthy from the inside as we do on our outer appearance we would probably have a whole lot more energy and a better lifestyle.
